Responsibilities
Tracking and following up on PO’s, CoA’s/CoC’s, Certificates of Liability, and SDS’s
Maintaining vendor relationships to support daily activities for sourcing materials, which meet the quality and service standards of the organization
Vendor performance reporting and measurement
Purchasing for MRO items
Sales Order analysis and problem solving to reduce backorders and improve order fulfillment
Cost avoidance, inventory reduction, and freight savings projects
Special projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supply chain role or equivalent education
Minimum of 2 years experience working within an MRP environment or equivalent education
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong computer skills, including SAP, MS office, Access
Strong math and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain
SAP preferred
