Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
Resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems
Follow established procedures and meet performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
Provide feedback on recurring issues or service gaps

Required

Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
