Territory Partner Manager (Austin / Dallas)
Nextiva is a global leader in customer experience and team collaboration, seeking a Territory Partner Manager to enhance partnerships with Channel Partners. The role involves educating partners, driving pipeline generation, and ensuring successful collaboration to maximize revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own a focused portfolio of named channel partners and identify, recruit, and enable partner types with the capability and appetite to lead with Nextiva’s CX and collaboration solutions
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory partner plan that drives pipeline generation, revenue growth, and long-term partner success, including clear segmentation, prioritization, and go-to-market strategies by partner type
Define and communicate clear partner expectations, success metrics, and joint business objectives, while outlining how Nextiva will support partners through enablement, marketing, sales alignment, and technical resources
Drive partner-led demand generation by collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams to ensure partners are fully enabled to position, sell, and implement Nextiva solutions effectively
Maintain tight alignment with Channel Sales leadership and field sales teams to ensure accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline forecasting, and to consistently meet or exceed assigned territory revenue targets
Lead regular partner business reviews to assess performance, pipeline health, enablement needs, and growth opportunities, using data-driven insights to course-correct and accelerate results
Serve as the primary escalation point and advocate for partners internally, ensuring partner feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to identify partner challenges and define scalable, measurable solutions that improve partner experience, increase attach rates, and drive long-term retention
Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring timely communication of product updates, pricing changes, and strategic initiatives while reinforcing Nextiva’s value proposition externally
Qualification
Required
2+ years of channel sales experience
Demonstrated track record of training, coaching, motivating, growing, and retaining successful strategic partners
Reference-able success of driving partner business and marketing strategy
Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and to build relationships quickly at all levels in an organization
Display an understanding of a partner economic model
Quickly establish internal and external productive working relationships and promote effective teamwork
Successful indirect sales experience with Channel go-to-market motions
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in roles and responsibilities
Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
Proven success with self-direction and the ability to work independently but also collaborate and work with a cross-functional team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern
Preferred
Experience in the CCaaS/CX space strongly preferred
