They are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP finance transformation, owning the migration from legacy ERP systems to modern platforms and driving end-to-end finance and operational process modernization.

Responsibilities
Define and own the ERP transformation strategy, vision, scope, and success metrics
Lead the multi-phase ERP roadmap, balancing risk, capacity, and business value
Establish and run program governance, including integrated planning, RAID management, and executive reporting
Partner with stakeholders to transform core finance processes, including Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay
Ensure ERP data, integrations, and controls support accurate reporting, compliance, and scalable operations
Drive change management, stakeholder adoption, and post go-live stabilization
Present clear, data-driven updates to VP+ leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading complex, enterprise-level technical or transformation programs
Proven experience with ERP finance implementations or migrations
Strong background in ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams
Deep expertise in program governance, PMO frameworks, and risk management
Excellent written, verbal, and data-driven communication skills
