Responsibilities
Complete a primary focus project to support DSFL MAR Support core work
Support DSFL Engineers with day-to-day engineering and manufacturing support activities assisting with data collection, basic analysis, and documentation related to equipment performance, process issues, or improvement opportunities
Participate in troubleshooting discussions to understand how engineering teams identify and resolve process or equipment issues
Gain exposure to working within a GMP environment, including change control, deviation awareness, and documentation practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Automation, and Maintenance to understand how different groups support production
Develop a general understanding of downstream biopharmaceutical processes and how engineering supports safe, compliant manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Completion of junior year (typically 90 credits) towards a B.S. degree in a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required
Must currently be enrolled in BS or MS Academic Program
Organized with clear notetaking/documentation
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows)
Ability to follow procedures and guidance in a regulated environment
