Responsibilities

Assist with curing delinquent First Hawaiian Bank loans by contacting customers via phone or written correspondence

Recognizes accounts and/or relationships that pose a credit risk and makes recommendations or takes prudent actions to reduce the Bank’s exposure

Providing excellent service to delinquent customers

Work in concert with the Relationship Officers to best service our delinquent loans

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

MS Windows proficient (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook)

Must be articulate, self-motivated and able to interact with a diverse group of individuals

Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving and negotiating skills are required in order to make critical decisions with minimal supervision

Must possess excellent telephone etiquette skills

Good time management skills

Able to plan and organize

Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines

Able to handle confidential matters judiciously

Able to work beyond scheduled shift as needed

Preferred

Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred
