Responsibilities
Engage directly in the fund formation and capital raising process for premier private equity firms worldwide
Work on transaction projects including single-asset continuation vehicles, multi-asset continuation vehicles, preferred equity, structured capital, fund tender offers, co-invest capital raises, and fund-level financings
Represent the firm throughout the entire client engagement
Complete a robust training program designed to build relationships and provide baseline transactional knowledge
Collaborate with the team to unlock value in great businesses
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite
