This role focuses on electronic data file movement, tier-one technical support, and basic troubleshooting to ensure successful data file loading and validation within internal systems.

Responsibilities
Load electronic data files into company systems and validate successful completion
Troubleshoot file processing issues and escalate errors as needed
Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation
Resolve basic IT support issues including password lockouts and desktop troubleshooting
Perform remote diagnostics using established procedures and technical knowledge
Document issue resolutions and provide follow-up with internal teams
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user support
Assist with routine IT department maintenance and support tasks
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of work experience
Ability to load electronic data files into company systems and validate successful completion
Ability to troubleshoot file processing issues and escalate errors as needed
Ability to monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation
Ability to resolve basic IT support issues including password lockouts and desktop troubleshooting

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Associate's degree or technical certification in an IT-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
