Responsibilities
Support the development of IT strategy and provide effective project management expertise for Operations and IT teams
You will support Business leaders to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery
You will work with global project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity
You will plan and organize project activities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
You will support resource availability and allocation, identify risks and manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Experience with IT strategy development and implementation
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant industry certifications
Experience with data-driven decision-making and process automation
Innovation-driven mindset and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Demonstrated leadership in technology innovation and process improvement
