Responsibilities
Perform daily On Site Datacenter Support
Provide Datacenter Hardware Support and Maintenance as required
Maintain Datacenter Rack Drawing and documentation as required
Perform Monthly Server Patching (Windows Server Update Service)
Remediate Server vulnerabilities based on scan results within the required 30 day timeframe
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly Operational Tasks on or ahead of schedule
Provide onsite technical assistance and support to other lines of service
Provide onsite technical assistance and support to end-users
Managing routine morning checks of systems and environment and provide any subsequent remediation
Perform Annual reviews of IT infrastructure systems to verify integrity and compliance
Participate in IT projects and initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Along with recording and tracking changes made to the IT infrastructure environment
Manage virtual environment using VMWare’s vSphere and ESXI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other scientific or management field. Experience in lieu of education considered
Minimum of 7 years' experience
No licensure required
No professional certifications required
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location

Proficient in Data center monitoring and maintenance

Proficient in vSphere administration (skill)
Proficient in Print server administration (skill)
Proficient in communications skills, organizational skills and independent and autonomous working
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
Ability to provide up to date and accurate reporting to management and customers
Ability to adapt to new technologies, skillsets and to learn quickly
Ability to motivate, influence and drive co-workers
Proficient in creating and updating documentation for common issues and processes to contribute to the team's knowledge base
Preferred
Familiarity with Commvault administration (desired)
Familiarity with RedHat Linux administration (desired)
