Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership
Translate business needs into scalable PLM capabilities
Lead cross-functional workshops covering requirements, design, and change readiness
Manage stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and IT
Lead selection, implementation, and rollout of PLM platforms such as: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, Oracle / SAP PLM
Define PLM architecture covering: CAD/CAE/CAM integrations, ERP, MES, ALM, and SCM integrations, Digital Thread / Digital Twin strategies
Partner with enterprise and solution architects on system design
Lead organizational change management for PLM transformation
Drive user adoption, training strategies, and communication plans
Establish PLM Centers of Excellence (CoE) and support models
Measure adoption, PLM value realization, and continuous improvement
Qualification

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Product lifecycle processes: Requirements → Design → Manufacturing → Service
CAD integrations (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks)
Configuration, BOM management (EBOM/MBOM/SBOM), change management
Data governance, master data, and interoperability standards
Proven leader capable of influencing without authority
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Change leadership and transformation mindset
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
