RightClick is seeking a Lead Analyst to play a key role in driving data governance, financial insights, and automation initiatives across enterprise analytics platforms. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and scalable reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own and enhance master data management practices, including governance standards and automation across analytics environments

Oversee intercompany billing activities, financial forecasting, and consolidated reporting across multiple business units

Design and deliver KPI dashboards, financial models, and data visualizations to support leadership and operational teams

Lead analytics-driven process improvements and automation efforts using tools such as Power Platform, SAP, Alteryx, and advanced Excel

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions

Qualification

Required

At least 5 years of experience in financial analytics, data analytics, or a related field

Strong background in automation, reporting, and enterprise systems, including ERP platforms

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with analytics and automation tools

Proven ability to manage complex data sets and deliver insights to senior stakeholders

Preferred

Energy or utility industry experience is preferred but not required
