IT Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications
Ensure information security and cybersecurity protocols are followed
Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in a help desk or IT support role (0-5 years)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
