Supervisory Program Management Specialist
Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is seeking a Full-Time Supervisory Program Management Specialist to work at Air Force Materiel Command in Oklahoma City. The role involves exercising supervisory responsibilities, directing work activities, and providing data analysis for management decisions to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Exercise 1st level supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate employees in the Core Team Section within 548 PMXS/MXDXA
Direct work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis
Provide data analysis for management decisions involving changes in workloads, shop layouts, processes and work flow, planning, equipment oversight, scheduling and analysis
Help increase throughput for PMXG by reducing flow days, cycle times and routing, while improving metrics and work standardization
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship
Obtain & maintain a Security clearance
Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support
Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures
Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team
Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization
Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization
