Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business challenges, proposed solutions, and desired outcomes
Translate business requirements and user pain points into clear, actionable technical specifications and architectural designs for development teams
Scope and document solution requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and technical best practices
Design end-to-end solutions leveraging automation and AI to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency
Facilitate technical discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements, constraints, and success criteria
Develop architectural diagrams, technical blueprints, and integration plans to guide implementation
Guide and support development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring quality, security, and scalability standards are met
Validate delivered solutions against business requirements, coordinating with Product Managers and stakeholders for acceptance testing and feedback
Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to a library of best practices for requirements scoping and solution delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years' experience in solutions architecture, software architecture, or a related technical leadership role
Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, especially in environments leveraging automation and AI
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse
Strong understanding of modern software development practices, architectural patterns, and cloud technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with requirements management, scoping, and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
