Responsibilities
Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
General grounds and pool maintenance
Landscape-planting and weeding
Trash pickup and removal
Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs
Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc
M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)

Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
Preferred
Experience in maintaining commercial grounds
