Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Journal entries and basic reconciliations
Maintaining clean and accurate financial records
Preparing financial summaries and reports
Working in QuickBooks (mandatory) and BILL.com (mandatory)
Organizing financial documentation for external accountant review
Providing administrative and operational support as needed
Optional HR-related coordination; HiBob experience is a plus but not required
Qualification
Required
10+ years of bookkeeping and financial support experience
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and BILL.com
Solid understanding of journal entries and financial statements
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international team
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Ability to successfully complete a background check
Preferred
Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or U.S. accounting workflows
