Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams and partners through the full innovation lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource planning to milestone delivery and senior management reviews
Act as the guarantor for project health by tracking progress, managing complex budgets and risks, and developing scenario plans to navigate potential roadblocks
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating workshops, coaching team members, and applying organizational change management to optimize R&I methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering field is required
Project management experience supporting complex, large-scale projects within multi-disciplinary teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills characterized by high EQ, empathy, and the ability to challenge the status quo to drive timely decision-making
Preferred
PMP highly preferred
personal care or cosmetic industry experience preferred
