Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, calendars, and coordination for the leadership team
Support travel planning, itineraries, and logistics for the leadership team
Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Help organize leadership meetings, guest visits, and company events
Assist with preparation and logistics for team leaders and board meetings
Support office coordination and basic facility-related tasks as needed
Draft, proofread, and manage professional communications (emails, meeting notes, documentation)
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate (Arts, Humanities, Communications, or related fields encouraged to apply)
Internship, campus leadership, volunteer, or part-time experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a corporate/professional setting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
