SUPERVISORY PROCESS ANALYST
Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Full-Time Supervisory Process Analyst to work at Air Force Materiel Command in Oklahoma City. The primary purpose of this position is to exercise supervisory responsibilities over subordinate employees in the Process Improvement Section, ensuring alignment with Lean goals and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
Exercise 1st level supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate employees in the Process Improvement Section
Direct work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis
Equip all production and support/business squadrons with the necessary tools to structure, communicate, monitor and continually improve their production machines
Ensure Lean goals align with the Group and Complex strategic goals and objectives
Perform extensive analysis of processes and procedures to provide data driven recommendations to customers
Meet regularly with organic customers to discuss/establish projects to support continuous process improvement
Facilitate Lean events to include 8-steps, Value Stream mapping and Rapid improvement events
Qualification
Required
Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support
Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures
Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team
Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization
Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization
Employee must obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the position
Employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall
Incumbent may be required to report to work during base exercises, contingencies, or emergency situations and overtime/comp time/credit hours may be required to accomplish assigned duties
