They are seeking a Healthcare Operations Data Analyst to support process improvements and efficiency initiatives across BPaaS operations by analyzing operational data, developing dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cost savings, and process performance
Assist in root cause analysis and prepare actionable recommendations for process optimization
Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML)
Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of improvement projects
Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders and clients
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with BPaaS operations or healthcare processes preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
