The Supervisor, Data Center role is responsible for overseeing the Network Operations Center to ensure operational efficiency and system uptime while managing computer operators and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities
Ensure the Network Operations Center operates continuously and efficiently
Coordinate and schedule computer operators’ shifts and work assignments
Provide direct support to computer operators as needed
Evaluate operator performance on a daily, annual, and as-needed basis
Troubleshoot issues with operators, systems, networks, and database administrators
Assist in revising and developing system controls, policies, and procedures
Recommend updates to systems, policies, or procedures to management
Monitor data quality assurance and security
Assist in training and evaluating new computer operators
Track, monitor, and manage casino slot machine change requests to ensure accuracy
Conduct annual operator reviews and recommend promotions when appropriate
Fill in for computer operators as needed
Maintain inventory and order supplies when required
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years technical or supervisory experience
Preferred
Working knowledge of casino gaming operations, including slot machines and network management
Technical proficiency with operating system utilities used to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to motivate employees and inspire high performance
Effective at delegating tasks and following up to ensure accountability
Fosters a positive work environment and builds trust through openness and honesty
Flexible and willing to be on call 24/7/365 as required
