Responsibilities
Launching new products and features to support AFP growth and efficiency in the middle mile space
Defining the product features, working with cross functional teams (product, engineering, pricing, marketing, fleet, legal, etc.) to get the program off the ground
Developing and executing the scaling strategy, and managing the product roadmap
Making key strategic decisions and getting buy-in from senior leadership across transportation
Synthesizing customer pain points, crafting product vision and roadmaps, developing requirements and managing all aspects of execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with data analysis and SQL
