InternTrinity Logistics is seeking a Contract Administration Intern for Summer 2026 to join their Administrative Services team. The intern will be responsible for organizing contracts, supporting the transition to a new contract system, and assisting with document processing and quality control in the Billing Department.

Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to work independently while meeting weekly deadlines
Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Interest in business operations, contract administration, or process improvement
Willingness to assist multiple departments as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
