Responsibilities
Interview project stakeholders and generate an idea to address needs; obtain feedback and fine-tune project proposal
Secure buy-in from key stakeholders and project sponsors
Execute project plan and provide a deliverable that meets stakeholder requirements, including an implementation plan to ensure usage of project deliverable
Qualification
Required
Rising sophomore or junior, or first year grad student pursuing bachelor's degree with a focus on Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Advanced computer skills with MS Office (word, excel, power point); Office 365 preferred
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrate innovation and forward-thinking aptitude through previous school projects, employment/internships or extracurricular activities
Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
