The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support in daily office tasks, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards while assisting both office and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily office tasks, including emails and filing
Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment coordination
Prepare reports on warehouse activities and logistics performance
Maintain accurate records for compliance and operational purposes
Spend time in the warehouse to provide administrative assistance to the warehouse team
Assist with monitoring inventory levels, receive shipments and ensuring product organization
Work with the warehouse manager to resolve any logistical issues that arise during operations
Perform data entry for inventory updates, shipment statuses and warehouse movements
Ensure all warehouse operations are compliant with California State Laws and company policies
Assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA safety standards and guidelines
Ensure Forklift documentation is completed, in order and maintain files
Qualification
Required
Great computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
