Responsibilities
Own the Baltimore territory: develop new business, nurture long-term relationships, and manage a book you’ll grow for years
Sell a full suite of material-handling solutions — forklifts (core), racking, storage systems, dock & door, warehouse products, and emerging automation offerings
Prospect, cold call, walk warehouses, and build a strong funnel across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and 3PL environments
Partner closely with our internal teams (rental, parts, service, automation, engineering) to deliver best-in-class solutions
Maintain a pulse on the market — competitive landscape, customer expansions, new construction, and automation trends
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through equipment choices, warehouse improvements, and long-term fleet planning
Manage the full cycle: quoting, presenting, negotiating, closing, and long-term account stewardship
