Responsibilities
Optimizing and improving the software development process
Creation of software development guidelines and samples
Ensuring efficient use of state-of-the-industry engineering practices by reviewing, broadcasting and coaching software engineering standards and knowledge
Researching, rating and implementing development innovations and tools
Promote and elaborate the DevOps approach
Providing and maintaining software operations infrastructure (together with IT) during first launch (Roll-Out phase)
Qualification
Required
Experience in optimizing and improving the software development process
Ability to create software development guidelines and samples
Experience in ensuring efficient use of state-of-the-industry engineering practices
Ability to review, broadcast, and coach software engineering standards and knowledge
Experience in researching, rating, and implementing development innovations and tools
Ability to promote and elaborate the DevOps approach
Experience in providing and maintaining software operations infrastructure during first launch (Roll-Out phase)
