Responsibilities
Prepare structural calculations and drawings for projects of all material types and sizes
Work closely and build relationships with architects, contractors, clients, and other engineers
Manage your own projects and work as part of a team on other projects
Be mentored by more experienced engineers and mentor younger engineers as the company grows
Qualification
Required
BS or MS degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited program
10+ years of structural engineering experience on relevant building projects
Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including RISA, Adapt, RAM, Enercalc, Excel, Bluebeam
Structural Design experience in Multi Family, Tilt-up and Retail buildings
Preferred
Currently licensed as a PE or SE is preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Hands-on construction experience
