Responsibilities
Assist warehouse manager on inventory controlling and documentation
Input data related to inventory movement, shipments, and other warehouse activities
Assist in generating reports related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance
Contact UPS, FedEx, other forwarder for quotation and shipping
Assist in inventory cycling counting and audit counting
Collaborate with other team members, including Sales, Accountant, or Technician
Qualification
Required
Strong Follow-up skill and Data entry skill
Well organized and excellent communication
Microsoft Excel: 1 year
Preferred
SAP experience
Accounting background
Experience with inventory, warehouse, data entry, or analytical work
Associate degree
