Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and feedback for optimizing products and decision-making
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
Preferred
Prior experience in retail automation or point-of-sale solutions is a bonus
Spanish proficiency highly desired
