In this role, you will help maintain and support HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure facilities are safe, comfortable, and efficient for all users.

Responsibilities
Evaluate system performance and efficiency
Diagnose issues
Repair complex HVAC and refrigeration system malfunctions throughout the Farm Show Complex and other managed facilities
Installing, repairing, balancing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Regularly working with building automation systems and technicians to monitor operations, troubleshoot problems, and verify corrective actions
Collaborating with other tradespeople to complete assignments and projects
Interact routinely with contractors, engineers, and technical staff
Work is performed independently and reviewed for quality and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Five years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems, units, and equipment including three years working with commercial or industrial HVAC or refrigeration equipment and controls; or an equivalent combination of experience and training which includes three years working with commercial or industrial HVAC or refrigeration equipment and controls
You must possess an active EPA Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification
You must be able to perform essential job functions
