Responsibilities
Assist in managing marketing and sales projects from kickoff to delivery
Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across internal teams
Track project progress and flag risks or delays early
Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation
Support client communication and internal meetings
Help improve workflows and project management processes
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, sales, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or digital campaigns is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, or similar is a bonus
