Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) (must-have)
Manage user provisioning, workspaces, gateways, upgrades, patches, and monitoring
Support Tableau Server/Online as a preferred or secondary platform
Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure uptime and performance across reporting tools
Support Snowflake environments including access management, role assignments, monitoring, and basic performance tasks
Partner with data engineering and governance teams on standards, security models, and usage optimization
Work with Azure services such as Azure AD, Storage, Key Vault, VMs, gateways, and basic networking
Support infrastructure configurations, integrations, and ongoing operational activities
Ensure platform availability, uptime, and adherence to SLAs
Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, and production support
Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational best practices
Implement platform standards, governance controls, and deployment checklists
Support backup, recovery, BCDR readiness, and redundancy planning
Willingness to learn and support new platforms as part of a broader Tools & Platform Administration model
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
3–6 years of hands-on experience in reporting platform administration
Strong expertise in Power BI and SAP BOBJ administration (must-have)
Experience with Snowflake (role management, monitoring, basic SQL)
Cloud experience with Azure preferred (AWS/GCP a plus)
Understanding of authentication, SSO, gateways, and access/security models
Experience with incident management, service operations, and business continuity practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple tools and stakeholders
Preferred
Tableau Server administration experience
Experience with tools such as Dataiku, Collibra, Matillion, Delphix, GitHub Enterprise, or similar
Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices for data platforms
