3+ years expHayes Company LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their 3PL warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing team performance, and implementing processes to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Supervise, train, coach and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational goals aligned with company goals and objectives
Drives the team’s high-performance workplace culture by setting high expectations aligned with our organization’s core values
Enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure productivity and efficiency are optimized
Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and implement improvements to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain high levels of service
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, shipping times, and productivity, and take action to resolve any discrepancies or areas for improvement
Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage, balancing the workload during peak and off-peak periods
Ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards, including verifying correct products, quantities, and packaging
Ensure the proper use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technologies to track orders, inventory, and shipments
Collaboratively address operational challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency, minimize delays, and resolve customer issues promptly
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management, including inventory levels, order fulfillment performance, and employee productivity
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or 3PL management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and related warehouse technology
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven record of fostering high performance teams
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to access and navigate the production facility
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
