Responsibilities

Develop and implement a streamlined process for tracking reagent usage, expiration, and storage conditions. Create or update reagent inventory logs in the laboratory management system
Assist in implementing barcode or digital tracking for reagents. A validated reagent tracking report and recommendations for improving inventory control
Create clear, user-friendly training materials for routine QC activities. Draft visual OJTs (On the Job Training) aids, organize training records and verify completion status
Assist in scheduling and documenting training sessions and set of training aids and a training compliance dashboard

Required

Completion of junior year (typically 90 credits) towards a B.S. degree in a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required
Must currently be enrolled in BS or MS Academic Program
Problem solving and team collaboration
Self-motivation and the ability to contribute as a team member
Ability to organize, plan and execute projects
