They are seeking a Manual Tester to support testing of enterprise applications, assist with test planning and execution, and analyze data to support system users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Ability to design, document, and execute moderate to complex software test cases
Experience assisting with test planning and execution
Strong SQL query skills, including creating and maintaining simple to moderately complex queries and reports
Experience analyzing data to support system users and stakeholders
Understanding of: Business processes, Functional requirements, Functional system designs
Ability to identify, research, analyze, and troubleshoot systems or software issues
Intermediate-level understanding of the business unit(s) supported
Ability to: Define and document system specifications, Evaluate system efficiency and process integrity, Perform business analysis tasks as part of a project team
Comfortable reviewing and interpreting: System reports, Technical documentation, Manuals, journals, and correspondence
Skilled in developing clear operating procedures and system documentation
Mobility to travel within and around office facilities system-wide
Ability to: Communicate and exchange information effectively, Conduct oral presentations, Meet visual and physical demands necessary to perform job duties
Qualification
Required
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered
Prior experience supporting or testing enterprise applications
Experience working in a business systems analysis or software testing role
Exposure to project-based work within cross-functional teams
Familiarity with desktop applications and hardware environments
Experience with Maximo, PragmaCAD, and experience using DevOps (formerly known as TFS) test module
At least 1 year of testing experience
Ability to design, document, and execute moderate to complex software test cases
Experience assisting with test planning and execution

Experience analyzing data to support system users and stakeholders

Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
Valid driver's license preferred
