Responsibilities
Work within Adobe Premiere (and other platforms like CapCut, or in-app editing dashboards for TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Edit both low-fi iPhone / UGC footage as well as hi-fi (Sony FX3, multi-cam) footage into engaging, digestible social videos
Handle basic color correction / grading
Create subtitles/captions optimized for social viewing
Execute light motion graphics / basic animation + knowledge of After Effects
Handle social platform cropping, and reframing for different platforms
Package files for team handoff, and handle project file management
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume social environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience editing videos for social media (low-fi and hi-fi)
Fluency in social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Experience in Adobe Premiere
Experience in CapCut
Your own computer and the ability to work remote
Ability to handle basic color correction / grading
Ability to create subtitles/captions optimized for social viewing
Ability to execute light motion graphics / basic animation
Ability to handle social platform cropping and reframing for different platforms
Ability to package files for team handoff and handle project file management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume social environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Physically located in and perform the work for the client in the United States
Preferred
Experience in After Effects / basic motion skills
