Responsibilities
Support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system
Lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository
Collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements
Facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking
Coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation
Leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing
Development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Seven (7) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12 years of experience
Experience with and/or understanding of: Requirements analysis, decomposition, and tracking
Experience with and/or understanding of: Roadmap and Sprint planning
Experience with and/or understanding of: User Interface design and testing
Experience with and/or understanding of: Databases/SQL
Experience with and/or understanding of: REST Services
Experience with and/or understanding of: Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts
