Responsibilities
Analyze current ("as-is") processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gap
Design improved ("to-be") processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance
Create detailed workflows including manual tasks, automated steps, APIs, decision rules, and exception handling
Produce BPMN models, functional requirements, business rules, and data/integration flows
Design workflows for BPM platforms (Appian, Pega, Power Automate/Power Platform)
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, compliance, and risk teams
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support implementation
Contribute to process metrics, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
5+ years in process engineering, BPM, or business analysis in complex organizations
Experience designing processes with manual work, system orchestration, APIs, and exception paths
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Appian, Pega, or Microsoft Power Automate/Power Platform
Proficiency in BPMN and strong communication/documentation skills
Preferred
Financial services experience (banking, payments, insurance, fintech, etc.)
Experience with regulatory/compliance workflows
Exposure to APIs, microservices, decision management, or business rules engines
BPM or process improvement certifications (CBPP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
