Oxford Solutions is hiring a Project Delivery Manager for an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting trade-focused, custom project work. This role owns the full lifecycle of assigned projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through completion and post-delivery support
Serve as the primary client-facing contact, managing expectations and maintaining strong long-term relationships
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal operations and external contractors
Track schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders
Proactively identify issues and drive solutions before they impact delivery
Leverage Microsoft tools and ERP systems to manage project data, documentation, and reporting
Support continuous improvement efforts related to delivery processes and client experience

Required

5+ years of project management experience (engineering, millwork, or manufacturing environments)
Experience working in a client-facing role with direct accountability for delivery
Background in custom projects, woodworking, or other skilled trades preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment

Preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience applying or scaling Customer Success or client engagement frameworks
Proactive problem solver with a relationship-driven approach
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
