Responsibilities
Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with:
System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness
Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements
Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues
Qualification
Required
B.S in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience
5 additional years of experience may be substituted for a B.S
Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with: System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness
Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards
Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
Comfortable in a team environment
Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements
Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues
Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms
AWS Foundational Level Certification
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Preferred
Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonus
Terraform, CloudFormation (CDK)
