Monitoring, resolving, and escalating data processing issues or alerts
Monitoring and escalating system health alerts
Acting as customer service representative for client support
Performing HelpDesk duties
Assissting with domain account administration
Imaging laptops
Preparing marketing equipment
Preparing training equipment setup
Escalating system patching issues
Qualification
Required
Attention to computer and monitoring detail
Ability to remain focused during long shifts
Strong organizational and time management abilities
General computer proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Effective problem-solving skills
Reliable and responsible
Computer operations or data operations experience
Account provisioning at multiple government agencies is required and can involve tax filing history up to the past five years, background checks, and/or fingerprinting
