Design and develop UI, troubleshoot issues, write tests, participate in code reviews, collaborate with product/QA/DevOps, and ensure compliance with banking standards
Qualification
Required
Primary skills - Project Management, Change Management, Agile Methodologies
Minimum 5 Years' Experience In Project/Program Management
Well versed in Project Management within a Scaled Agile environment | Working knowledge, experience managing project leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity | Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines
Ability to work with disparate teams globally
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment
Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Top 3 Skills: Angular JS, Java, HTML
Preferred
Experience working in banking or financial services
Experience working in DevOps and automation best practices
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
