Responsibilities
Establish clear project goals and develop a comprehensive work and resource plan
Manage critical path and resource constraints, ensuring projects are delivered within scope
Participate in the definition of project metrics and ensure the maintenance of high-quality standards for all deliverables
Handle project scope, risks, and issues diligently, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
Foster team unity, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with IT change management policies

SAP ERP (Advanced)
Master Data Governance (Advanced)
Analytical Skills (Expert)
Cross-functional Leadership (Expert)
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence at all levels
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proven experience in SAP/ERP initiatives and master data governance
A minimum of 8 years leading cross-functional business application projects
Preferred
Prior experience in medical device or similar regulated industry is beneficial but not required
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desired
