Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections and repairs of common areas, facilities, equipment, and recreational areas. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning. Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and collaborate with management to address community concerns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
Coordinate with vendors to schedule and oversee facility repairs, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance tasks
Perform seasonal maintenance duties
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and ordering supplies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance
Knowledge of one or more of the following building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa, mechanical systems
Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
Ability to participate in On-Call rotation, if applicable
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor
A valid driver's license and active insurance. Reliable transportation
