Responsibilities

Collaborate extensively: Partner with engineering, data science, product management, and design teams to bring our vision, strategy, and roadmap to life
Cultivate an inclusive team culture: Develop a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, encourages experimentation and innovation, and promotes a deep understanding of both our business and engineering best practices
Take ownership: Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and performance of key areas of our platform, adopting a "you build it, you run it" attitude

Required

8+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and/or Software engineering
1+ years of experience in management roles or project leadership
Extensive experience in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS and Python ecosystem preferred)
Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
Consistent track record of building tooling, automation, and/or services in one or multiple languages (e.g., Go, Python, Bash or Typescript)
Experience debugging and optimizing systems and code
Ability to architect, analyze, and support complex distributed systems
Automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications with Docker or Kubernetes
Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals
Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research
