Responsibilities
Support EPLC compliance activities, including documentation reviews, stage‑gate preparation, and artifact tracking
Assist with IT governance operations, including governance planning, facilitation, meeting materials, and action tracking
Support Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes, IT portfolio reporting, and OMB data calls
Maintain and update governance toolkits, templates, dashboards, and compliance trackers
Coordinate with IT project teams to ensure alignment with CDC, HHS, and OMB IT policies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reports supporting governance, risk, and performance management
Serve as a liaison between NCEH/ATSDR leadership, IT stakeholders, and governance boards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant field
2–4 years of experience supporting IT governance, IT compliance, program management, or related activities
Relevant professional experience may be substituted for formal education on a year-for-year basis, consistent with federal IT governance and program management staffing practices
Preferred
Familiarity with EPLC, CPIC, or federal IT governance concepts
Strong documentation and coordination skills
Certifications (optional): PMP, ITIL, CPIC/Capital Planning training, and other relevant trainings
