Responsibilities

Contacting new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails and calls
Work to understand customer needs and requirements, and act on those with the TrafficGuard’s services proposition
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Directors for further development and closure
Drive new sales and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key prospects and generate interest in TrafficGuard
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Be aware of competitors, rivals and other options that customers may deploy instead of TrafficGuard

Qualification

Outbound sales experienceFluent in EnglishDigital advertisingHubspotCommunication skillsActive listening skillsTime management skills

Required

Must be based in Ukraine or a neighbouring country
Fluent in English
Junior candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with outbound sales experience
Innovative, commercially focused and collaborative approach
Understanding of digital advertising channels and technology
Track record of over-achieving quota with a winning mentality
Professional phone presence and fluent English-speaking skills
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Active listening and engaging presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
