Responsibilities

Support engineering related efforts to meet shop and supplier delivery requirements
Perform structural analysis of components using hand calculations and finite element methods, independently and with expert guidance
Work with multidiscipline teams to address various production improvement opportunities
Translate analysis findings into actionable recommendations and proposals for the Structures Team

Required

Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering or a related field
Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0

Preferred

Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Experience working in the Aerospace Industry within the design and/or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MS Office, Unigraphics, Ansys, and classical methods of analysis with academic or project-based experience
Experience conveying technical results and ideas through clear, persuasive written reports and oral presentations
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results through academic assignments, team projects, or prior internships
Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas
Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience
